Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh
kerajaan.

4.2 JURUTEKNIK AWAM J17
(a) Sijil dalam bidang Kejuruteraan Awam yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada
politeknik-politeknik tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred J17 : P1T9); dan
(b) lulus Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh
kerajaan.

5. SYARAT-SYARAT PERMOHONAN
(a) Permohonan hendaklah menggunakan borang Pindaan. LUAS 2/2007 berharga
RM1.00 yang boleh diperolehi di Tingkat 13, Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (LUAS).
(b) Setiap permohonan MESTILAH disertai dengan salinan kad pengenalan, surat
beranak, sijil akademik dan sijil-sijil berkaitan yang telah disahkan.
(c) Permohonan yang berikut akan ditolak:
(i) tidak disertai dengan dokumen yang diperlukan;
(ii) tidak lengkap atau tidak terang;
(iii) tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat kelayakan;
(v) tidak ditandatangani

Kekosongan Jawatan di Universiti Utara Malaysia

Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berumur tidak kurang daripada 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan untuk mengisi kekosongan jawatan berikut di Universiti Utara Malaysia.

1)PEGAWAI TADBIR GRED N41 (KONTRAK) (3 KEKOSONGAN)

Gred Gaji : P1T1 RM1690.28 – P1T27 RM4640.28

Syarat Kelayakan :
(i) Ijazah sarjana muda kepujian yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N41 : P1T3); ATAU
(ii) Ijazah Sarjana Muda Undang-Undang yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N41 : P1T4); DAN
(iii) Kepujian Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.



2) PEMBANTU TADBIR (KESETIAUSAHAAN) GRED N17 (KONTRAK)

Gred Gaji : P1T1 RM820.38 – P1T24 RM2151.35

Syarat Kelayakan :
(i) Diploma Sains Kesetiausahaan daripada politeknik-politeknik tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N17 : P1T9); DAN
(ii) Kepujian Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.



3) PEMBANTU PERPUSTAKAAN GRED S17 (TETAP)(5 KEKOSONGAN)

Gred Gaji : P1T1 RM820.38 – P1T24 RM2151.35

Syarat Kelayakan :
(i) Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan;
(ii) Lulus Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.


4) PEMBANTU AM PEJABAT GRED N1 (TETAP)(1 KEKOSONGAN)

Gred Gaji : P1T1 RM649.15 – P1T22 RM1506.79

Syarat Kelayakan :
(i) Berpelajaran di peringkat sekolah rendah bantuan penuh kerajaan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan; DAN
(ii) Boleh bertutur, membaca dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dengan memuaskan.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N1 : P1T2).


5) PEKERJA AWAM GRED R1 (TETAP)(5 KEKOSONGAN)

Gred Gaji : P1T1 RM647.51 – P1T14 RM1178.43

Syarat Kelayakan :
(i) Tamat Darjah 6 sekolah rendah bantuan penuh kerajaan; DAN
(ii) Berkebolehan menjalankan bidang kerja berkaitan yang diliputi oleh skim perkhidmatan ini.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred R1 : P1T3);
(iii) Berkebolehan bertutur, membaca dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dengan baik.


CARA MEMOHON

(i) Borang permohonan boleh didapati daripada Bahagian Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Jabatan Pendaftar, Universiti Utara Malaysia dengan mengemukakan sampul surat berukuran 26cm x 34cm beralamat sendiri dan bersetem RM0.50 atau datang mengambilnya sendiri di Kaunter Jabatan Pendaftar, UUM dengan bayaran sebanyak RM 5.00 yang boleh dibayar di Kaunter Bendahari, UUM atau dalam bentuk Wang Pos, dibayar atas nama ‘BENDAHARI UUM’.

(ii) Pemohon-pemohon yang sedang berkhidmat dengan Kerajaan/Badan Berkanun dan Kuasa-kuasa Tempatan hendaklah memajukan borang permohonan mereka melalui Ketua Jabatan masing-masing dengan melampirkan Laporan Penilaian Prestasi dan Kenyataan Perkhidmatan yang terkini. Permohonan yang tidak lengkap tidak akan dilayan.

(iii) Sila catatkan nama jawatan yang hendak dipohon pada bahagian atas sebelah kiri sampul surat semasa memohon dan menghantar borang.

(iv) Borang yang telah lengkap diisi beserta salinan sijil-sijil yang telah disahkan hendaklah dikemukakan kepada :
