Request Management Analyst [Cyberjaya]Responsibilities:1)To provide a co-ordination point for all incoming and escalation requests as well as IT administration within the scope of Request Management Service Level Agreement and across all supported IT platforms and application
2)The Request Management team supports platforms and applications that are both global and regional
3)To log and/or coordinate incoming requests, problems and queries, completing as many request as possible as well as resolving as many technical problems (within the job scope) and ensuring that all tickets are raised in all cases
4)Handling all requests according to documented service level agreements
5)Co-ordinate the delivery of service to customers for request input, ownership and completion
6)Management of the Request Management functional mailbox ensuring all items are dealt with in the appropriate manner including logging all incoming mails for requests
7)To ensure all ticket information in correctly entered and meets quality control standards.
8)Negotiates with customers and delivery groups in respect of emergencies, quality and levels of service, restrictions on or withdrawal of services
9)Ensures that full account is taken of customers’ real and perceived needs in the delivery of requests and that regular feedback on the progress of requests is given.
10)To provide high standards of integrity, efficiency, and a devotion to customer satisfaction in all interactions that needs to be met and sustained·
11)Communicate effectively at all times with customers, colleagues and delivery groups.
12)nitiation of amendments to the documented processes and procedures
13)Escalates technical issues to other support teams, when needed
14)Making use of the Knowledge Management tool in seeking solutions to customer requests and where appropriate, use the procedures to submit new solutions for verification by the Knowledge Engineer
15)Ensures adherence to Group HSSE & Information Security standards
Requirements:1)Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2)Required language(s): Fluent English (written and spoken)
3)At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4)Applicants must be willing to work in cyberjaya.

6)Broad knowledge of the full range of IT services offered by SITI including server, network, desktop, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Win2000 admin, IP, scripting
